The Role:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and growth initiatives. This is an entry-level to junior role perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, a great communicator, and ready to dive into the world of Enterprise B2B marketing. You will help us maintain our digital presence and coordinate events that put our brand in front of global partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Advertising Support (Google Ads)

  • Assist in the setup and monitoring of Google Ads campaigns to drive leads for our technology services.
  • Learn and implement tracking (GTM/GA4) to see how our ads turn into Salesforce opportunities.
  • Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and keyword trends.

2. Website & Content Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day updates on our WordPress site (https://aether-global.com), ensuring all service descriptions are up-to-date.
  • Help conceptualize and draft social media posts and blog content that highlight our "Success Stories" and "Extraordinary" delivery.
  • Ensure all content reflects our "People First" culture.

3. Event Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of small-to-medium events (webinars, local meetups, or industry roundtables).
  • Handle logistics such as invite lists, venue/platform coordination, and post-event attendee follow-ups.

4. Email Marketing & Tools

  • Draft and send out email newsletters and nurture sequences using Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Ensure all marketing leads are properly captured and synced with our Salesforce CRM.
  • Help create templates for the sales team to use in their Apollo outreach.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: You don't need to be an expert yet, but you should be comfortable with WordPress and have a high interest in learning Google Ads and Salesforce.
  • Writer’s Flair: Strong competency in crafting clear, engaging emails and social posts.
  • Agile Mindset: You are nimble, collaborative, and efficient.
