Job Description : Functional Consultant/Business Analyst

About the Role:

As a Functional Consultant , you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the effective use of the Salesforce platform.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
• Configure, customize, and administer Salesforce to meet the business needs, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
• Participate in the design and development of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and data migrations.
• Assist in data cleansing, data validation, and data management activities within Salesforce.
• Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
• Support end-users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and assess their applicability to the organization's needs.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Salesforce solutions to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
