Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite FP&A Optimization Consultant to lead the redefinition and enhancement of our financial planning and analysis ecosystem. This role focuses on NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) to deliver a robust, intuitive, and scalable financial reporting and planning framework for a global, multi-subsidiary organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current FP&A processes and identify gaps/opportunities for optimization.

• Redesign NSPB models, workflows, and reporting structures to improve usability and accuracy.

• Provide hands-on training and documentation to increase user adoption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) and FP&A processes.

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite Core (OneWorld) and multi-subsidiary structures.

• Proven ability to redesign financial models, workflows, and reports.

• Experience in stakeholder training, change management, and system adoption.

• Strong understanding of financial dimensions and multi-currency operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with global finance transformation projects in SaaS/ERP environments.

• NetSuite or Oracle certifications in FP&A/NSPB are a plus.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
