About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong project management and operations capabilities to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of our professional services solutions and general operations. The ideal candidate will leverage Asana for project management, be excellent in client engagement with expertise in the financial services space, develop project reports and dashboards, ensure smooth service delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end service delivery projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Asana.
- Conduct business analysis to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.
- Design and implement project reporting systems and dashboards.
- Produce and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely service implementation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks that may impact service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of service delivery processes.                                     

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in service delivery.
- Proven experience using Asana for project management and team collaboration.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Experience developing project reports and designing intuitive dashboards.
- Proficient in data visualization and presenting complex project information clearly.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation.
