Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM
Workplace Arrangement: Hybrid arrangement (at least 2-3x a week in CCEAP Support Center located in Six Neo, BGC)

About the Role:

The Program Manager is responsible for both the strategic planning and execution of projects, as well as the detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements. This dual-role professional ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while also translating business needs into actionable insights and technical specifications. The role must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk strategies.

  • Ensure alignment with business goals, data quality standards, and technical requirements.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing priorities

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Facilitate regular stakeholder and vendor meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to track performance and resolve issues.

  • Maintain open communication channels to manage expectations and project dependencies.

Project Delivery & Oversight

  • Oversee the development, deployment, and delivery of business and technical solutions.

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs, technical specifications, and quality standards.

  • Support cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.

  • Resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate when necessary to avoid project delays

Reporting & Documentation

  • Provide regular project updates including status reports, risk logs, and performance metrics.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation such as project charters, management plans, and business requirements.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon benchmarks and stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and user stories.

  • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.

Solution Design & Validation

  • Partner with technical teams to design and validate solutions.

  • Facilitate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and scripts.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Create dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Process Improvement

  • Map and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

  • Support change management and process reengineering initiatives.

Communication & Documentation

  • Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, process flows, user stories, and training materials.

  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and/or project management

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and project management software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages

  • Experience in consulting or cross-functional project environments

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM)
