Contract Type: Project-based (1-year)

About the role:

The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce solutions to improve performance and user experience.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices and high coding standards are maintained.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their potential impact on existing solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing of all Salesforce solutions.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and user guides for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in the following:
  • Apex, VisualForce, Native, MySQL, SFDC Lightning, DevOps,LWC, and GitHub (or something similar)
• Other Skills:

  • Velocity,CLM, CPQ

  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile-Scrum methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
  • Must Have Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Development Experience
