Job Description: Salesforce Developer (Sales & Service Cloud)

About the Role:

Aether Global Technology is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer to drive the transformation of our Sales and Service Cloud environments. As we migrate from legacy systems to a modern, high-performance stack, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning from Aura to Lightning Web Components (LWC) and ensuring our Australian clients receive top-tier technical solutions.

We value independence, proactive communication, and modern development standards. This role is ideal for a developer who wants to move away from legacy maintenance and lead digital process automation using the latest Salesforce tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Modern Development: Design and develop high-quality solutions using the latest Salesforce stack, with a heavy focus on LWC and Apex.
  • System Migration: Lead the transition of legacy components into modern LWC and/or OmniStudio frameworks to improve system performance and UX.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a technical partner for our Australian-based clients, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Digital Process Automation: Leverage declarative and programmatic tools to streamline complex customer service and sales workflows.
  • Independence: Take full ownership of the development lifecycle from discovery to deployment working comfortably in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
  • Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in LWC, Apex, and Salesforce DX.

    Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD workflows (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins, Copado). While CI/CD is preferred, it is not a dealbreaker for an otherwise strong technical candidate

    Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to handle client-facing discussions independently.
  • Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I

Nice to have:

  • Vlocity / OmniStudio: Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) tools such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures is highly desirable.
  • Industry Experience: Exposure to industry-specific clouds (e.g., Telco, Financial Services, Health) that utilize the OmniStudio framework
  • Additional Salesforce Certification
