RM Consultant (Systematics RM Specialist)

The RM Consultant will be responsible for providing expert technical and functional support for our clients' Systematics RM (Relationship Management) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of the Systematics RM application, including its technical architecture, data structures, and functional capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical professional who can troubleshoot complex issues, develop custom solutions, and provide guidance on best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• System Analysis and Support: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to the Systematics RM application. This includes troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, data integrity problems, and system outages.
• Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, reports, and integrations using Systematics RM's development tools and APIs.
• Client Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, providing guidance on system configuration, new feature implementation, and process improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system designs, troubleshooting guides, and project plans.
• Training and Mentorship: Train junior staff and client personnel on the technical aspects of the Systematics RM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other technical consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with Systematics RM.
  • Demonstrated experience with the technical aspects of the platform, including development, system administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to work with financial services or banking applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Systematics RM's data model and architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the platform (e.g., COBOL, JCL, PL/I).
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with DB2 or other mainframe databases.

  • Experience with mainframe operating systems (e.g., z/OS).

Preferred Qualifications
