An exciting opportunity has arisen with a new, forward‑thinking and ethically driven children's residential care provider in Staffordshire. Already operating several successful homes, this organisation is continuing to expand and is now seeking an established, Ofsted‑confident Registered Manager to lead a 6–4 bed EBD home supporting young people aged 8–18.

The Role
You will take leadership of a 6–4 bed EBD home, providing support for young people aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioural needs. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted compliance standards
- Creating a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment
- Leading, managing and developing your staff team
- Overseeing safeguarding, quality, and regulatory responsibilities
- Driving continuous improvement and preparing the home for inspections
- Helping shape the culture and future growth of the organisation
This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager with strong Ofsted experience, or a highly capable senior practitioner ready to step up with support.
Requirements
To apply, you must have:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (Children & Young People)
- Strong experience working within children's EBD homes
- Up‑to‑date understanding of Ofsted, legislation and compliance
- A proven ability to lead teams and deliver high‑quality care
- A values‑driven, ethical approach to supporting young people
Salary & Benefits
