Location: Bradford
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: up to 60,000 + performance-related bonus

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a well-established provision, ensuring that children feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. If you have at least two years experience in a residential setting within the last five years and at least one year of leadership experience, wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Lead and support a dedicated team of care workers
- Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements
- Develop personalised care plans that help young people thrive
- Manage recruitment, staff training, and performance development
- Work closely with social workers, families, and other professionals
- Maintain financial oversight and ensure resources are well-managed
This role is perfect for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up or a Social Worker looking for a fresh challenge in a leadership role. A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification is desirable, but we welcome applicants with equivalent experience.
