About the Role

We are a growing, service-based business working primarily with US-based clients. We are looking for a driven and organised Growth Operations & Strategy Assistant to work closely with the founder and help execute growth initiatives across data, outreach, and systems.

This is not a basic admin role. It is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys responsibility, ownership, and working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Outreach

  • Source, review, and organise lead and market data

  • Execute and improve outreach campaigns (email, text, calling)

  • Manage follow-ups and engagement tracking

  • Maintain and refine outreach scripts and processes

Systems & Operations

  • Manage tasks and workflows using Monday.com

  • Update and maintain CRM records (e.g. Close CRM or Salesforce)

  • Ensure data accuracy across systems

  • Identify gaps and suggest process improvements

Strategy Execution

  • Support the founder in executing growth strategies

  • Assist with onboarding materials, client documentation, and brochures

  • Help keep the website and client-facing materials updated

  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

  • Confident working with data, CRMs, and task tools

  • Self-starter who does not need close supervision

  • Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused

Experience in operations, growth, sales support, or startups is a strong advantage.

Working Details

  • Hours: US Eastern Time (EST) working hours

  • Location: Remote (South Africa)

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
