About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and relationship-driven individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Client Relations Specialist. This role focuses on speaking with prospective and existing clients, following up on leads, maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with sales processes, and helping drive business growth. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both relationship management and sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads and client inquiries professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Conduct outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities Assist clients throughout the sales and onboarding process
- Schedule meetings, consultations, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records and update
- CRM systems Prepare and assist with quotations and proposals
- Consistently follow up with prospects and opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve customer relationships and sales processes
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and communications
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written
- English communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
