About the Role 


We are looking for a driven, energetic, and commercially minded Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach, relationship building, lead follow-ups, and sales support. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping grow the company's client base and sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is confident, persistent, professional, and motivated by results. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Identify and engage potential clients and business opportunities 
  • Follow up with inbound leads and warm prospects 
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and referral partners
  • Schedule meetings and consultations for the sales team 
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and lead pipelines 
  • Assist with preparing proposals and quotations 
  • Track sales activity and follow-up tasks consistently 
  • Work closely with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
  • Help improve outreach and lead generation processes
