Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with customers and assist them throughout the application process
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers professionally
  • Process applications and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with tracking customer accounts and related information
  • Keep internal systems and documentation organized and up to date
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication

  • Ability to work EST timezones - this is a full EST based role

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, or a client-facing role
  • Experience working with customers over phone and email
