About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team as a Client Services Coordinator.
This role involves speaking with customers, following up with inquiries, processing applications, keeping records updated, and assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly, communicates professionally, takes initiative, and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers and assist them throughout the application process
- Follow up with leads and existing customers professionally
- Process applications and maintain accurate records
- Assist with tracking customer accounts and related information
- Keep internal systems and documentation organized and up to date
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work independently

- Ability to work EST timezones - this is a full EST based role
Nice to Have
