About the Role

We are a growing recruitment firm focused on delivering high-quality candidates across admin, finance, and operational roles.

We are looking for a driven, fast-paced 360 Recruiter who can take ownership of roles from sourcing through to placement. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-activity environment and is motivated by results and commission.

This is an in-office role, designed for a high-performance, collaborative environment where speed, energy, and team momentum are key.

This is not a slow, corporate HR role — it is a performance-driven recruitment position with real earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline

  • Source high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline
  • Continuously grow and organise candidate pools by role and skill

Screening & Interviews

  • Conduct structured phone interviews with candidates
  • Assess experience, communication, and role fit
  • Validate salary expectations, notice periods, and logistics

Client Delivery

  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients with clear summaries
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the process

Placement & Closing

  • Drive roles from initial brief through to successful placement
  • Follow up consistently with both clients and candidates
  • Support offer negotiation and closing process

Performance Expectations

  • Manage 15–25 active roles at a time
  • Conduct 10–20 candidate interviews per day
  • Deliver 4–8 placements per month
  • Maintain fast turnaround times (CVs within 24–48 hours)

Requirements

  • 2–5 years recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of placements (ideally 3+ per month)
  • Strong sourcing ability across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work at speed and manage multiple roles

Compensation
