About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Engagement & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role combines customer follow-up, administrative support, and process coordination. You will primarily conduct warm outreach to existing customers who have already purchased services or credits, ensuring they make full use of them while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The role also includes general administrative support, tracking activity, maintaining organized records, and helping improve internal processes and systems.

This position will begin as a part-time role (4–5 hours per day) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm follow-up outreach with existing customers
  • Ensure clients are utilizing their available credits/services
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers
  • Handle general administrative and coordination tasks
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and update internal systems and documents
  • Assist in building and improving follow-up workflows and processes
  • Take initiative in identifying operational improvements
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative needs

Role Details

  • Remote position
  • Approximately 4–5 hours per day to start
  • Fully aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours
