Admissions Coordinator – Evening Shift

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 3:00 AM SAST (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM US EST)

Role Overview

The Admissions Coordinator (Evening Shift) supports late-day and evening enquiries from individuals seeking information about treatment services. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to guide callers toward the appropriate admissions pathway.

This role is strictly non-clinical.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls during U.S. evening hours

• Provide clear, professional information about available services

• Identify when calls require escalation to licensed professionals

• Schedule assessments and document all interactions accurately

• Follow ethical communication and escalation guidelines

• Protect sensitive information at all times

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong verbal communication skills in English

• Previous call centre, customer service, or healthcare-related experience

• Ability to work evening / night shifts consistently

• High attention to detail and professionalism

• Emotionally resilient and calm under pressure

Preferred (Not Required)

• Admissions or intake coordination experience

• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare services

• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
