Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and resilient Sales Opener to join our outbound team.

This role focuses on high-volume calling, building immediate rapport, and qualifying prospects before handing them over to a closer. It suits someone who is comfortable on the phone for extended periods, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ~300 outbound calls per day using an autodialer
  • Initiate conversations with prospects in a confident and engaging manner
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain natural, professional communication
  • Identify and qualify potential opportunities
  • Pass qualified leads to the closing team
  • Accurately track call outcomes and relevant information
  • Maintain consistent activity and performance throughout the workday
  • Ability to work EST hours in alignment with a US-based company
