Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and resilient Sales Opener to join our outbound team.
This role focuses on high-volume calling, building immediate rapport, and qualifying prospects before handing them over to a closer. It suits someone who is comfortable on the phone for extended periods, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ~300 outbound calls per day using an autodialer
- Initiate conversations with prospects in a confident and engaging manner
- Build rapport quickly and maintain natural, professional communication
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities
- Pass qualified leads to the closing team
- Accurately track call outcomes and relevant information
- Maintain consistent activity and performance throughout the workday
- Ability to work EST hours in alignment with a US-based company
