Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about bus schedules, routes, and ticketing. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate information regarding bus schedules, routes, fares, and ticketing. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of Monsey Trails’ services and offerings. Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service. Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems and handling customer data securely.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and provide practical solutions. Availability: Willingness to work a fixed schedule (8 am - 4 pm), with potential for evening or weekend shifts.
Reliable Internet Connection: Stable and fast internet is essential for remote work.
