Overview:
We are hiring a Nursing Home PA Agent to oversee and process authorizations related to long-term care services, equipment, and treatments. The role requires coordination between healthcare facilities, insurers, and care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and track prior authorization requests for nursing home services
  
  

• Coordinate with facility staff, physicians, and insurance companies
  
  

• Confirm eligibility and PA requirements for residents
  
  

• Maintain detailed documentation and status updates
  
  

• Ensure timely approvals to prevent care interruptions
  
  

Requirements:

Experience with nursing home or long-term care authorizations

Understanding of durable medical equipment (DME) and service approvals

Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare processes preferred

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work efficiently within EMR and case management systems
