About the Role:
Were looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area (remotely). You'll be responsible for scheduling the sales reps daily route by proximity, tracking all lead activity in Zoho CRM, and following up with prospects via WhatsApp after sales visits to help close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan efficient daily sales routes based on geographic proximity

  • Coordinate and update schedules for field sales visits

  • Follow up with leads via WhatsApp post-visit to move them closer to conversion

  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in Zoho CRM

  • Monitor pipeline progress and generate status reports

  • Communicate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Zoho CRM 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or scheduling

  • Excellent communication skills, especially for WhatsApp follow-ups

  • Familiarity with Google Maps or similar tools for route planning

  • Knowledge of the NYNJCT area is a plus
