Managing inbound calls from customers nationally, you'll utilise your experience of working across multiple computer systems simultaneously, whilst attending to the needs of a busy client base in an accurate and timely way.
In a typical day you'll be engaging with customers via phone, email, and webchat: taking orders, tracking deliveries, answering technical queries, and processing payments. To do this effectively you'll navigate efficiently between several different systems and online resources. Whether from home or in the office, you'll coordinate with peers in your own team and throughout the wider contact centre to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll need to be successful:
- Significant experience using and navigating between computer systems as part of daily work, including CRM, internal, web-based, phone and email systems.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably dealing with inbound customer calls
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to deal with a busy, high-pressure workload during peaks
- Problem solving skills which demonstrate patience and professionalism
- Ability to travel reliably to Tullamarine office location (full time until working independently)
