Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Affordable Landscaping Services. As a remote Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in Tucker, Georgia, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service through various channels including email, phone, and video conferencing

- Understand the needs and goals of clients to provide tailored solutions and recommendations

- Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients

- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients

- Monitor and track client satisfaction and retention rates

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients

- Provide training and support to clients on our software and services

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve our customer success strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously

- Proficient in using customer success software and tools

- Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus

- Located in Tucker, Georgia or willing to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
