Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, respond to customer questions, and support daily operations. You'll work closely with our dispatch and service crews to ensure clients receive fast and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and respond to customer calls, emails, and messages

Schedule landscaping services and follow up on upcoming appointments

Provide pricing information and service details

Enter customer data into the system accurately

Assist with billing questions and basic invoice support

Communicate with field teams to coordinate routes and service updates

Resolve customer concerns with a positive, helpful attitude

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and scheduling tools

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently

Friendly and professional personality

Reliable internet connection

Bilingual English/Spanish
