About the job Operations Crew

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one;
  • Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and to boarding for their flights;
  • Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite;
  • Checking tickets at entry point before admission;
  • Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests , PSD guests, etc;
  • Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points;
  • Crowd control: ensure proper queue system;
  • Be trained and certified to operate the Giant Observation Wheel;
  • Job rotation to perform counter ticket sales;
  • Job rotation to perform VIP Lounge duties;
  • Rotating shift work is required;
  • Any other duties as assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • N Levels and above
  • Some customer service experience required
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a pleasant & outgoing disposition
