Main responsibilities of our Social Media Managers:

  • Determine what are the relevant social media trends for specific industries
  • Develop social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Reddit, etc
  • Strategize on what content will reach the desired audience
  • Content creation with tools like Canva, Jarvis, Adobe, etc.
  • Monitoring the social media presence of multiple clients
  • Community building and community management experience are a plus!
  • Delegate tasks and communicate with the team constantly
  • Report on the results of the social media efforts in our clients' accounts
  • Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis

Technical skills required to apply:

  • 1-3+ years of social media management experience
  • Must have previous marketing agency experience or a portfolio of previous work to apply
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Google Suite, Facebook, Tiktok, Reddit, Instagram, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency;
  • Understand and practice superb communication skills
  • Have a great eye for detail, or always make sure to check things twice
  • Willing to overlap part-time or full-time with US business hours
  • Are comfortable with using a time tracking software to track your work/hours and calculate your weekly payroll
