Main responsibilities of our Social Ads Specialist:

  • Build, manage and optimize Facebook and/or Instagram ads campaigns
  • Manage various types of campaigns: traffic, e-commerce conversion, lead generation, content syndication, etc. (Tiktok, Twitter, and Reddit are a bonus)
  • Report on the effectiveness of social media advertising efforts, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable campaign recommendations based on competitor analysis

Technical skills required to apply:

  • 2-3+ years of Social Ads experience
  • Knowledge is using these tools: Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Suite and project management  tools
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency
  • Understand and practice superb communication skills
  • Have a great eye for detail, or always make sure to check things twice
  • Willing to overlap part-time or full-time with US business hours
  • Are comfortable with using a time tracking software to track your work/hours and calculate your weekly payroll
