Main responsibilities of our Outbound Marketing Specialists:

  • Market research to define the best prospects to reach out to.
  • Build lists of prospects using databases and scraping tools
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize cold email campaigns
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • The ability to cold call is not required but is a plus
  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified leads and our team
  • Report on the effectiveness of the outbound efforts in our clients' accounts
  • Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis

Technical skills required to apply:

  • 1-3+ years of outbound marketing/appointment setting experience
  • Experience using outbound marketing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Google Suite, etc.
  • Flawless written English proficiency;
  • Understand and practice superb communication skills
  • Have an excellent eye for detail, or always make sure to check things twice
  • Willing to overlap part-time or full-time with US business hours
  • Are comfortable with using a time tracking software to track your work/hours and calculate your weekly payroll
