Main responsibilities of our Outbound Marketing Specialists:
- Market research to define the best prospects to reach out to.
- Build lists of prospects using databases and scraping tools
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize cold email campaigns
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- The ability to cold call is not required but is a plus
- Schedule discovery calls between qualified leads and our team
- Report on the effectiveness of the outbound efforts in our clients' accounts
- Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis
Technical skills required to apply:
- 1-3+ years of outbound marketing/appointment setting experience
- Experience using outbound marketing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Google Suite, etc.
- Flawless written English proficiency;
- Understand and practice superb communication skills
- Have an excellent eye for detail, or always make sure to check things twice
- Willing to overlap part-time or full-time with US business hours
- Are comfortable with using a time tracking software to track your work/hours and calculate your weekly payroll
