About the job Bilingual Executive Assistant (English and Spanish)
We're looking for a smart, experienced, and awesome Bilingual Executive Assistant (English and Spanish) to support one of our rockstar clients!
In this role, you will focus on:
- Performing research tasks for the development of marketing materials
- Writing reports, emails, and light social media content to support the executive team
- Supporting administrative functions for the rest of the team to continue killing it at their job!
- Collecting marketing analytics and compiling them into reports
- Nourishing and establishing client relationships
- Monitoring the social media presence of multiple clients
- Community building
- Proofreading content
- Communicating with others constantly on the progress of tasks
- Managing Airbnb listings
- Staying up to date with current industry trends and making suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis
You will succeed in this role if you have/are:
- At least 2 years of executive assistance experience
- Previous B2B experience
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Quick to learn
- Not prone to overwhelm
- Knowledgeable of these tools:
Airbnb, Google Suite, and Excel
It would be extra awesome if you have/are:
- Property management experience

Other things you need to know:
- This is a part-time work opportunity.
- You'll be asked to work a minimum of 15 hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM overlap) per week during Eastern Daylight Time.
