Main responsibilities of our Executive Assistants:

  • Perform research tasks for the development of marketing materials
  • Write reports, emails, and light social media content to support the executive team
  • Support administrative functions for the rest of the team to continue killing it at their job!
  • Collect marketing analytics and compile them into reports
  • Nourish and establish client relationships
  • Monitor the social media presence of multiple clients
  • Help with Community building
  • Proofread content
  • Communicate with the team constantly on the progress of tasks
  • Report on the effectiveness of the marketing efforts in our clients accounts
  • Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis

Technical skills required to apply:

  • 1-3+ years of executive assistance experience
  • Must have previous agency and/or marketing experience
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Google Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.,
  • Creativity & writing proficiency
  • Understand and practice superb communication skills
  • Have a great eye for detail, or always make sure to check things twice
  • Human errors happen, so you have to be a solution-oriented person, great problem solver, and you will be a great culture fit
  • Willing to overlap part-time or full time with US business hours
  • Must be comfortable with using a time tracking software to track your work/hours and calculate your weekly payroll
