Main responsibilities of our Executive Assistants:
- Perform research tasks for the development of marketing materials
- Write reports, emails, and light social media content to support the executive team
- Support administrative functions for the rest of the team to continue killing it at their job!
- Collect marketing analytics and compile them into reports
- Nourish and establish client relationships
- Monitor the social media presence of multiple clients
- Help with Community building
- Proofread content
- Communicate with the team constantly on the progress of tasks
- Report on the effectiveness of the marketing efforts in our clients accounts
- Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis
Technical skills required to apply:
- 1-3+ years of executive assistance experience
- Must have previous agency and/or marketing experience
- Experience using marketing tools such as Google Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.,
- Creativity & writing proficiency
- Understand and practice superb communication skills
- Have a great eye for detail, or always make sure to check things twice
- Human errors happen, so you have to be a solution-oriented person, great problem solver, and you will be a great culture fit
- Willing to overlap part-time or full time with US business hours
- Must be comfortable with using a time tracking software to track your work/hours and calculate your weekly payroll
