Main responsibilities of our Digital Marketing Account Managers:

  • Determine and suggest solutions to the clients needs
  • Developing digital strategies to set up our clients for success
  • Monitoring the online presence of multiple clients
  • Establishing healthy relationships with the clients
  • Delegate tasks and communicate with the team constantly
  • Develop documentation for internal and external processes and improvements
  • Report on the effectiveness of the digital efforts in our clients accounts
  • Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis

Technical skills required to apply:

  • 1-3+ years of Digital Marketing Account Management experience
  • Must have previous marketing agency experience
  • Experience using Account management tools such as Google Suite, Asana, Monday.com, Teams, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Creativity & writing proficiency;
  • Understand and practice superb communication skills
  • Have an excellent eye for detail, or always make sure to check things twice
  • Willing to overlap part-time or full-time with US business hours
  • Are comfortable with using time tracking software to track your work/hours and calculate your weekly payroll
