Senior Sales Executive / Senior Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Job scope:

• Drive sales of the strength in electrical and mechanical components within the
• construction industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing project requirements and addressing any
• issues that arise.

Job responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Job requirements:

• Understanding of Construction Contract (FIDIC or other international Contract), and the capability in delivering a good negotiation with our clients
• Proficiency in Japanese is a plus!
• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Commerce (Business/Marketing), Technical/Engineering, or equivalent educational background
• 5+ years of experience in construction or equivalent industry
• Sales personality with a strong customer and service orientation
