Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with part-time and full-time retail promoters to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize databases, job advertisements, and referrals to identify and attract the best retail promoters.
- Job Advertising: Create compelling job postings and manage advertisements across job portals to attract high-quality candidates.
- Interviews: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates and match them with suitable roles.
- Briefings and Training: Lead job briefings and training sessions to ensure retail promoters are fully prepared and aligned with client expectations.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Provide recruitment support for special projects and assist in event setups as required.
- Client Servicing: Deliver excellent service to clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
- Organizational Abilities: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with job advertising platforms, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
