Field Service Engineer (Machine)

A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer (Machine) to be based at their Melaka office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for machine-related issues and play a critical part in ensuring optimal machine performance through technical support, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first responder for all machine-related matters, including installation, troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Conduct comprehensive machine training (operation, maintenance and basic applications)
• Guide customers on maximizing the use of machine functionalities to achieve optimal performance
• Plan, schedule, and execute continuous improvement activities, including MTBA/OEE enhancement, error reduction and preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electronic or other relevant Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical or engineering role; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
