L2 Network Engineer (Network Deployment - Troubleshooting - Support)

A reputable MNC is looking to hire L2 Network Engineer (Network Deployment - Troubleshooting - Support) to provide both onsite and remote technical support to clients.

• Responsible for supporting and maintaining network systems to ensure smooth and efficient network operations
• This includes preventive maintenance, providing both on-site and remote technical assistance, installation and managing project deployments while adhering to established internal processes and standards
• Assist in the implementation of complex projects and prepare technical documentations
• Conduct thorough testing and commissioning to ensure system functionality and client satisfactions

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP routing, network analysis tools and network configuration
• Familiarity with network devices such as CISCO routers and switches
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical experience in a similar role, with expertise in network deployment, troubleshooting and support
