HR Management:
- Managing employee records and HR databases.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and exit processes.
- Handling payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.
- Implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee relations and providing support.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and plans.
Administrative Management:
- Managing administrative functions.
- Overseeing office and facilities management.
- Developing and implementing administrative procedures and policies.
- Managing office equipment and supplies.
- Managing communication and coordination within the department.
