HR Management:

  • Managing employee records and HR databases.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and exit processes.
  • Handling payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee relations and providing support.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and plans.


Administrative Management:

  • Managing administrative functions.
  • Overseeing office and facilities management.
  • Developing and implementing administrative procedures and policies.
  • Managing office equipment and supplies.
  • Managing communication and coordination within the department.
