Our MNC client is looking for HR & Admin Executive to be based at their George Town, Penang office.

Human Resources:

  • Deliver end-to-end support for HR operations and office administration.
  • Oversee payroll preparation with accuracy and manage reimbursement claims.
  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs.
  • Handle employee documentation, including contracts, leave records, and appraisal processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files systematically.

Employee Engagement and Welfare:

  • Facilitate staff engagement activities and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee welfare.

Office Administration:

  • Manage administrative operations, including office facility upkeep and maintenance services.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on payroll, employee relations and office admin
  • Mandarin language skills are essential for providing client support
  • Good knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws
