A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Senior Key Account Manager (Warehouse / Logistics) to be based at their Shah Alam office.
In this role, you will drive client success by delivering innovative solutions, fostering strategic collaborations and unlocking new business opportunities. With a focus on client satisfaction, revenue optimization and market leadership, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for our valued clients.
- Act as the go-to consultant for high-value clients, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their goals. Develop enduring relationships that promote trust, collaboration, and mutual growth
- Create and execute bespoke strategies to address client challenges, enhance service delivery, and maximize value. Regularly assess and refine these strategies to stay ahead of evolving market needs
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion through tailored upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Track key performance indicators and recommend strategies to ensure consistent profitability and growth
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of comprehensive experience in supply chain, warehousing or logistics operations
- A minimum of 8 years in key account management or a similar client-focused leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-value client accounts, with a track record of delivering measurable results
