Job Description:

  • Conduct on-ground market research in assigned countries to study consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Identify potential distribution channels, business partners, and marketing opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Develop localized marketing insights and strategies based on field research findings.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to adapt marketing campaigns to fit the local culture and preferences.
  • Prepare detailed market reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities or brand campaigns in overseas markets.
  • Manage budgets, logistics, and coordination for overseas business trips and events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, agencies, and partners.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or market research (experience in international markets is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Willing to travel frequently and work independently in different countries.
  • Culturally sensitive, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
