You will be reporting to our Managing Director.

The Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned, experienced Sales Director to join our growing companys leadership team. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, and monitoring and reporting on sales goals, adjusting tactics as needed to reach them. The Sales Director will also work closely with other executives to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in B2B Sales with 7 -10 years proven track record of successful sales leadership in the payment gateway industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven deal closer with the ability to drive the sales process.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, e-commerce, and financial technology.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
  • Must have experience in Handling and Managing large Enterprise Accounts
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
  • Should be able to engage with the customer in a technical discussion to understand the issues the customers are facing and provide solutions.
  • Organized and reliable; able to work independently with little direction when necessary.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
