Manager - Contract Logistics/SCM, Solution Design

Job Description:

Solution Development:

• Ensure execution of Solution Design following Business Unit SOP - CLDM.
• Deploy Solution Standards, Processes, Tools, and Templates for efficiency across APAC.
• Establish optimal solutions aligned with customer needs and Core Products standards.
• Articulate supply chain components and enable logical design decisions.
• Analyze customer data to recommend suitable storage, MHE, processes, and resources.
• Collaborate with GREM to identify efficient warehouses and design layouts.
• Conduct reviews (peer, operations, deal) to validate key cost/risk drivers.
• Deliver high-end solutions utilizing the latest technology.

Commercial & Pricing:

• Develop cost-competitive, viable solutions for tender management.
• Determine and compare costs with key personnel, vendors, and direct sourcing.
• Drive collaboration through Solution Peer Reviews and validate cost models.
• Ensure revenue projections meet targeted MIRR and EBIT.
• Support financial justifications and investment applications for new business awards.
• Aid Sales and BD team in negotiation strategy and value proposition development

Coaching & Training:

• Support SD Leader and Advanced SD to improve team competency.
• Be an ambassador of Solution Design steps within CLDM.
• Participate in training programs and guide new SD peers.
• Drive advancement of SD resources and establish Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

Requirements

• Experience: Modern warehouse and automation preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's in relevant field.
• Work: 3+ years in logistics and supply chain.
• Industry: Preferred in Electronics, Healthcare, eCommerce, Automotive, Industrial.
• Skills: Warehouse design, analytics, technical.
• Technical: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, 365 Apps.
