ERP Project Manager

Your new role 

As an ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will be the person who plans, creates and manages the tasks on the project plan for the implementation of Infor SyteLine ERP system locally and overseas. You may have more than one project to manage at a time, depending upon the project size and complexity.

• Drive the successful delivery and end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent inflight projects and implementations across the region. 
• Create and deliver project level documentation (i.e., status reports, project plans etc) 
• Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements. 
• Ensure resource availability and allocation. 
• Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 
• Maintain and regularly communicate the delivery plan to each client. Track issues and risks communicate status and escalate concerns applications. 
• To be able to travel (domestic and international) to customer sites. Travel (up to 70%) is an integral part of this job. 

To be successful in this role, you need to have: 

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System
• Engineering, Business Administration or related. 
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management preferably in managing multi-site roll outs. 
• Completed a minimum of 3 full-cycles or an ERP implementation project.
• Work experience in a global MNC, and familiarity with working in a regional or global matrix structure. 
• Experience working with cross-culture teams and customers
• Demonstrated strong proficiency utilizing project management tools such as MS Project. 
• Good command of English both oral and written. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willing to constantly pick up new knowledge and has the ability to become certified in Infor Cloud Suite (SyteLine).
• Experience with Change Management.
