Job Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute comprehensive export marketing plans to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue growth.
  • To identify and evaluate market trends, competitive analysis, consumer behavior, and to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams; and ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • To drive e-commerce initiatives and optimize online sales channels, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • To manage relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure effective product placement and promotion.
  • To analyze sales performance data, market insights, and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • To stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and international marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or its equivalent.
  • A master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in export marketing, e-commerce, or international business development.
  • Proven experience in international business management, preferably in the baby product industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
