Job Responsibilities
- To develop and execute comprehensive export marketing plans to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue growth.
- To identify and evaluate market trends, competitive analysis, consumer behavior, and to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams; and ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- To drive e-commerce initiatives and optimize online sales channels, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- To manage relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure effective product placement and promotion.
- To analyze sales performance data, market insights, and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- To stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and international marketing.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or its equivalent.
- A master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in export marketing, e-commerce, or international business development.
- Proven experience in international business management, preferably in the baby product industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
