Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or equivalent more than 2 years working in similar field.
  • Candidate shoud have Market Analysis experience: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
  • Candidate should have Marketing Initiatives: Play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence in the Malaysian market.
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule with minimum supervision.
  • Able to communicate in regards to the projects with others involved.
  • Well versed in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, coordinate, prepare and compile submission documents for Pre-Qualification and Tendering Process.
  • Assist in checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
  • Prepare, summarize and update the list of current and upcoming projects
  • Assist site personnel and subcontractor with their materials requirements and arrange delivery of materials to project site and etc.
  • Monitor and follow up on all claims, relevant supporting documentation and records ensuring on timely basis.
  • To update project Daily Site Report/ Weekly Report/ Monthly Report.
  • To handle daily general operation and provide administrative support internally
  • Assist in registration as new supplier/update existing supplier document
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Able to act as a vital link between our Malaysian subsidiary and the headquarters in China, maintaining effective communication channels. You will also coordinate with external partners such as tax consultants and auditors to facilitate seamless business processes.
