Job Responsibilities

  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop effective market entry strategies.
  • To evaluate and recommend entry modes such as partnerships, joint ventures, or subsidiaries.
  • To stay informed about international regulations and compliance requirements for baby products.
  • To ensure all products meet the necessary standards and certifications for each market.
  • To set and achieve international sales targets in collaboration with sales teams.
  • To monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and business partners.
  • To serve as the main point of contact for international stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.
  • To effectively communicate with diverse international teams, adapting strategies to suit cultural nuances.
  • To collaborate with marketing teams and create culturally relevant campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • The candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field or its equivalent.
  • A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in international business management, preferably in the baby product industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
