TASKS

  • Provide effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote assistance.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software problems with high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Perform regular follow-up with clients to ensure their systems are functioning correctly.
  • Assist in the development of support procedures and standards.
  • Support the roll-out of new functionalities, including integration and upgrade processes.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of product architecture and upcoming product features.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
  • Work closely with the development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the design of new features.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and customer-facing knowledge bases.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal users.
  • Implement changes to our product by using JSON configurations and Java coding.
    

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven in a technical support role.
  • Complex development experience using Java EE, Hibernate, and Tomcat.
  • Proven PostgreSQL experience.
  • Strong understanding of Linux commands and Microsoft Windows operating system.
  • Familiarity with JSON.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket).
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Strong communication skills
    

TRAVEL REQUIRED

  • Moderate level of travel is required.
