TASKS
- Provide effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software problems with high-level customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular follow-up with clients to ensure their systems are functioning correctly.
- Assist in the development of support procedures and standards.
- Support the roll-out of new functionalities, including integration and upgrade processes.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of product architecture and upcoming product features.
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
- Work closely with the development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the design of new features.
- Create and maintain support documentation and customer-facing knowledge bases.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal users.
- Implement changes to our product by using JSON configurations and Java coding.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven in a technical support role.
- Complex development experience using Java EE, Hibernate, and Tomcat.
- Proven PostgreSQL experience.
- Strong understanding of Linux commands and Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Familiarity with JSON.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket).
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Strong communication skills
TRAVEL REQUIRED
- Moderate level of travel is required.
