Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of infrastructure and large-scale civil engineering projects. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. Candidates with prior experience in MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) or RTS (Rapid Transit System) projects will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for efficient execution.
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure adherence to technical and safety standards.
- Enforce quality control, safety compliance, and risk mitigation measures.
- Regularly update senior management and clients on project status and milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to contractual requirements and specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing civil or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth understanding of prestressing systems and structural engineering practices.
- Experience in MRT or RTS projects is highly preferred.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight timelines.
