Job description:

  • Act as first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients.
  • Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage the CEOs diary, schedule meeting and appointments, and provide reminders.
  • Book and manage complex travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
  • To assist in the Companys daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • A qualification as a PA is advantageous.
  • Knowledge in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) basic computer usage.
