Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Coordination & Campaign Support
    Support daily marketing activities, promotions, and campaign coordination.
  • Coordinate with external designers, printing vendors, social media agencies, and thirdparty service providers.
  • Follow up on marketing materials, artwork progress, and campaign timelines with external parties.
  • Assist in coordinating exhibitions, events, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Ensure marketing activities are executed according to planned timelines.

Social Media & Content Coordination

  • Coordinate social media posting schedules and marketing content updates.
  • Work closely with external designers or agencies for artwork, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in preparing simple captions, product information, and promotional content.
  • Monitor basic social media performance and customer engagement.
  • Support brand visibility and online marketing initiatives.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct basic market research and competitor monitoring.
  • Gather customer feedback and market information to support business decisions.
  • Prepare simple marketing reports, campaign updates, and market findings.
  • Track marketing activities and maintain proper marketing records.
  • Support Management with basic marketing analysis and updates.

Internal Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments (i.e. Sales, Business Development, and Production) regarding marketing activities.
  • Support preparation of marketing documents, quotations, and promotional information where required.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for marketing activities.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments related to marketing and business support.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, or related fields.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing activities.
  • Able to coordinate with external vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic reporting and organisational skills.
