They are seeking for a Sales Executive, to generate and close sales opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.The role also requires meeting sales targets, tracking performance, and reporting results to management.

 Job Description:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients
  • Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
  • Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
  • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in medical or pharmaceutical sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and medical industry insights.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering persuasive product presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for managing client accounts and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset to track and interpret sales performance, medical market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, medical conferences.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
